division, contact orders concerning children, same sex relationships

Powers of Attorney and Guardianship appointments – documents that each of us should have to protect us
when we are vulnerable (not capable of looking after our own
affairs) and to ensure that our hard earned assets pass after
our death to those we would like to have them, including advice
on how to arrange your assets now so that the wishes you express
in your will can be put into effect.
